Incredible location... 15 min to every important place in Rome. Clean, cool, nonproblem with the warm water presure.

This apartment was central, clean, beautifully furnished - some lovely touches like cornflakes for breakfast, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, wine.

We highly recommend this apartment! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a little over 5 minutes' walk to the Colosseum, surrounded by beautiful, historic streets that perfectly capture the charm of the Eternal City. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can easily pick up anything you need. Mrs. Manuela is an outstanding host – communication was smooth and effortless, and she answered all of our questions thoroughly. We always felt well taken care of. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Location is great. Its a bit noisy but thats what happen when you stay in a city center. So that was fine.

It has only one window below the waist. I found it a bit claustrophobic. Shower is pretty small. Check in is at 3 but check out is at 10:30 which is unusual and inconvenient. We thought it was 12 like every where else. So in the morning a cleaning lady suddenly came with her key we wew kinda shocked and it was very disturbing since she insisted on start cleaning while we were there. We found it pretty rude and weird.
