The house was fine. Clean. Comfortable.
The admin. £300 deposit for 2 nights. Taken immediately. 7 days to return. Never received check I or check out instructions. Got in because cleaner was there. Told them we would be there after 3, which was checkin on the app, then told its really checkin at 4. Tumble dryer left running in one of the bedrooms. Washing left out on the line.
