Not a good experience

The view in the room was nice, we stayed there because we wanted to visit Bacharach.

The absolute failed communication with the owner. A situation occurred during our stay and they were owing us money. I was reaching out to her by the booking message but she was just ghosting us event though they were just downstairs in their private room. Very weird people. I don't think they have the ability to host.

Gorgeous views but...

The view from the room over the Rhine was spectacular (the photo below doesn't do it justice)

Having to wait so long to use the toilet in the bathroom while someone was taking their time putting their face on. The pillows were so thin and too synthetic for the heat. The unit was stacked up with plates and cups, so on the one hand there wasn't much space to put stuff, and each time you went near you were afraid of a plate slipping and smashing. They were charging for the use of the kettle so who knows how much a broken mug would add to the bill.

It was a nice place for a stopover

The toilet was in the bathroom which was a shame. As we drew a bath for our 7yo son but then the other guests came who wanted to use the bathroom. So he didn’t manage to enjoy the bath.

We booked on the day itself and arrived pretty late, but were still welcomed. We arrived in the dark, so we were amazed with the view in the morning. The hostess is kind, it's a lovely place that feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

The house is located next to train tracks. I didn't quite mind hearing the trains from time to time, but it could be a thing for very light sleepers.

Thé host is a charming, welcoming and helpful person. the place is very quiet and well soundproofed, with a beautiful view of the Rhine.

If a small improvement can be made, it would be to provide a wardrobe to store clothes in the bedroom, as well as some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

a really nice room and comfortable bed. nice large bathroom. easy walking distance to station.

good location not far from rail station. nice large room. balcony overlooking the Rhine river. helpful host who gave me a free breakfast when my original room was double booked and I had to have a room change / no en-suite available. this wasn’t an issue as the shared bathroom was perfectly fine. room is equipped with coffee maker fridge microwave and kettle.

arrived in the dark so it wasn’t clear which door the key was for. i ended up going down steps and finding other guests on ground floor who helped me out. the key was for the front door but wasn’t clearly marked as such. the furniture was a little dated but other than that it was perfectly fine. there is however absolutely nowhere to buy groceries for the room or a cafe bakery or restaurant in Trechtingshausen. it seems many closed during the pandemic and never reopened. i recommend you pre purchase anything you want to eat or drink.

Enough space for us we stay only one Night. We arrive very late. Keys NOT where we agree. Host did not answer phone. After pushing the doorbell a lady opened the door. See is very nice and let is in.

For this price no private badroom is bad. Communication with the host in the evening of arival was bad. In the morning a text that see could not answer.

Trotz vorheriger Bitte um ein warmes Zimmer war die Unterkunft bei Minusgraden ohne funktionierende

A kilátás valóban szép a környezet csendes.

Ich habe vorab darum gebeten, dass das Zimmer gut beheizt ist, da es seit Tagen Minusgrade draußen gibt. • Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer eiskalt, es gab keine funktionierende Heizung. • Man hat uns einen Konvektor gegeben, der jedoch einen extrem starken, unangenehmen Geruch hatte und nicht benutzbar war. • Gegen 22 Uhr wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. • Dort wurde die Heizung erst bei unserer Ankunft eingeschaltet, das Zimmer war ebenfalls kalt. • Insgesamt wurde der grundlegende Komfort (ein warmes Zimmer) nicht gewährleistet, obwohl wir dies im Voraus ausdrücklich angefragt hatten.

Wundervolle Aussicht gibt es auf jeden Fall

Freundliche Vermieterin, hat uns die Zutaten für das Frühstück besorgt, da wir zu Fuß auf dem Rheinburgenweg unterwegs waren. Sehr großzügiges Badezimmer.

Küchenleiter vorhanden, aber eigentlich kein Platz sich zum essen hinzusetzen, da der Raum mit 4 Betten ziemlich voll gestellt ist.

Magnifique vue pour un inoubliable sejour

Marita est très professionnelle et très attentionnée, elle prend bien soin de ses invités et est toujours là pour conseiller, donner un avis pour une suggestion de voyage dans les environs, si besoin. Excellent accueil, on se sent comme à la maison, et mon frère et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour avec un emplacement et une vue magnifique sur le Rhin. Je recommande à 100%. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft, aber die Vermieterin hat alles für uns eingekauft, da wir zu Fuß unterwegs waren.

Indiskutabel, ungepflegt, verkommen. Für den Preis freche Abzocke.

Die Aussicht auf den Rhein ist schön. Alles andere am Angebot ist eine Frechheit.

Wir dachten, eine Ferienwohnung gebucht zu haben - für 161 €/Nacht. Geboten wurde ein schlecht ausgestattetes Matratzenlager mit heruntergekommenen, teilweise kaputten Möbeln, keine Küche, Das Bad war dreckig - wir haben erst einmal Klo geputzt. Die Heizung funktionierte bei Temp. um 10 ° nicht. Und am nächsten Morgen blockierten überraschend andere Gäste das Bad in unserer FeWo, das anscheinend nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad war. Es gab auch kein separates Klo.

Toller Aufenthalt am Rhein

Ich hatte das Zweibettzimmer mit Fensterfront zum Rhein. Die Sicht war genial! Toll war auch Senseomaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Für die Zwischenstation einer Reise einfach perfekt!

Das geteilte WC/Bad kann zu Wartezeiten führen, da es sonst auch keinen Zugang zu einer Küche (zB für Wasser) oder einem Spiegel (sich fertigmachen) gibt.

Schöner Zwischenstopp auf dem Rheinradweg

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf den Rhein und die Schiffe dort. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns begrüßt und verabschiedet hat und unsere Fragen beantworten konnte. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit sehr viel Geschirr. Es gibt auf dem Balkon Sitz-Möglichkeiten für alle, so dass wir eine Art Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein hatten. Da es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort gibt, haben wir abends Pizza aus Bingen bestellt, die wurde problemlos nach etwa 40 Minuten geliefert.

Keine Reklamationen, für unsere Bedürfnisse (Zwischenstopp auf dem Rhein-Radweg) hat das gut gepasst.
