Great apartment on the slopes of Lorch

Everything was clearly described by the owner. Every need was provided for. Location a short car ferry ride to Bacharach. Groceries nearby. Place was clean and fully functional. Retractable metallic blinds kept the place cool on a very hot day so we could return to a nicely cooled apartment after being in the sun all day. Lots of books and games to keep kids happy.

If you have large luggage it is a couple of flights of stairs to reach the apartment, but we knew this when we booked.

Absolutely perfect!

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent location in a quiet country setting but convenient to local attractions. Our room was very comfortable, as was the bed. A well equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. There are plenty of materials with tips for trips around in the room. Free parking in the adjacent street.

Nett und für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut in Ordnung!

Freundliche Begrüßung, nett erklärt und im Grunde alles vorhanden, was macht benötigt. Besonders schön, dass man Terasse und Gartenmöbel nutzen kann!

Bad nicht ganz sauber, Lüftung funktioniert im WC gar nicht, im Rest des Bads nur, wenn das Licht eingeschaltet ist und wurde (vermutlich) lange nicht überprüft/ gereinigt. Es roch überall etwas muffig, auch die Handtücher - wahrscheinlich liegt da da am langen Einlagern, aber es ist bei Benutzung sehr unangenehm. Das Duschgel war (dem Geruch nach) exakt das gleiche wie die Handseife, und abgefüllt in eine Flasche ohne Aufdruck der Inhaltstoffe, das ist etwas ungünstig, wenn es jedermann benutzen können soll. Eine wilde Mischung an kleinen Haarpröbchen stand bereit, es wäre aber angenehmer, wenn einfach normale Körper- und Haarwaschseife bereit gestellt würde, da das Vorhandensein ja mit angegeben ist.

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt mit Hang zur Wiederholung, weil die Lage einfach toll ist!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Ranselberg, oberhalb von Lorch, am Hang mit schönem Blick ins Tal. Sie ist geräumig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der kleine Garten kann zum Sonnenbaden genutzt werden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit Erläuterungen zur Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Entweder man erwischt die regulären Busse an Schultagen oder bucht den Rufbus online. Damit können die Wisper Trails gut erreicht werden oder auch der Rheinsteig. Der Rewe ist zu Fuß erreichbar, es gilt nur ein paar Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. In die Altstadt von Lorch sind es ca. 2,5 km. Dort sind Sunny's Café und die Gaststätte Insider sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles war wunderbar, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
