carefully! scammers! I paid for this apartment through booking.com. the day before arrival, the owner of the apartment sends a link to pay the deposit online. The booking policy states that the deposit is to be taken in cash. I did not want to pay other people, but only through booking. instead of a vacation, I called booking all day and booking asked the owner of the apartment to accept a cash deposit, as it is written in the rules. the owner of the apartment refused to accept cash and did not give me access to the apartment. I waited 2 hours and had to pay the deposit online. now I have left the apartment and the owner confirmed that there is no damage in the apartment. but he doesn't want to give me back the deposit. I wrote a complaint against the owner of the apartment and opened a dispute. the owner of the apartment is not responsible for booking issues. he ruined my vacation and I'm very nervous. For the second day I have been talking with Booking. this is not acceptable behavior on the part of the owner of the apartment. besides, the apartment is dirty, and the money for cleaning is included in the price. If you don't want problems, take other apartments. they are scammers

Manque d entretien, certains murs a refaire, manque de matériels en cuisine, 1 sac poubelle pour 5 nuits, pas assez de papier toilette, éclat de verre sur le balcon et mobilier extérieur a montrer défectueux, pas de serviette a disposition (message envoyé avant) ni tapis de douche donc salle trempé apres la douche

L'appartement non entretenu, c'est dommage car bel appartement.
Appartement au calme et agréable, le balcon et le parking dans la résidence
Le ménage pas fait hormis le lit. L'appartement se dégrade et n'est pas entretenu : ampoule défaillante dans l'entrée, chauffage qui ne tiennent qu'un fils sur les murs, papier peint qui se décolle avec moisissure visible, meuble vasque de la salle de bain qui tient par miracle, évacuation d'eau de la douche bouchée.

Très déçu
Il n'y avait pas de chauffage à notre arrivée. Il faisait plus froid à l'intérieur du logement qu'à l'extérieur. A cause de cela, nuit très difficile. Nous étions en famille, il manquait des draps. Sur l'annonce, figurait que les serviettes étaient fournis alors qu'il n'y avait rien. Nous n'avions pas reçu certains mails concernant les modalités d'arrivée et de départ du logement.
