Don't be fooled by the pictures

The bed was good.

Although the bed was good, it couldn't compensate the noises from the streets/cars and the squeaks of the floors. There was odor of cigarette smoke--very annoying. In addition, there was no toilet paper on our arrival (Two rolls of toilet paper came the next day when we returned in the late afternoon.). One blind (for the window) in the livingroom was broken. We left two days earlier due to sleeplessness.

We very much enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It included everything we needed.

It was not clear that for the door code on arrival I needed to dial +33 for France. 0033 did not work and I had to wait for neighbours to let me in. It took 3 hours until I could finally open the front door myself. The lady from Matcha was very helpful, but spoke very little English. But she finally sent someone to let me get in.

Appartement au top pour un déplacement pro. Très propre, calme, bien équipé, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir à l’aise après une journée de boulot. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Literie confortable, wifi rapide, rien à redire. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si je repasse dans la région.

Plus jamais, à éviter si vous êtes en famille

L'emplacement, l'idée d'avoir ajouter un billard dans l'appartement et la taille de l'appartement.

- Saleté dans la baignoire (trace de rouille au niveau du mitigeur et des joints), des fourmis dans la salle de bain. - Traces étranges sur le canapé et inconfortable pour dormir dessus (beaucoup de bosses et de trous) - Frigo cassé (étagère sur la porte cassé en deux mais pas réparé, lumière qui vous fait avoir une crise d'épilepsie) - lit inconfortable (ma femme enceinte n'a pas pu bien sortir avec mon fils dessus) - mur fin et pas insonorisé (on a entendu les enfants des voisins au-dessus jouer jusqu'à 23h. On a pu participer à leurs activités) - table du billard plein de trous et très cheap (ça ne vaut pas le coup). Il est rafistoler à coup de scotch. - On demande aussi une caution de 500 euros alors qu'on demande de plier du linge, de faire du ménage et sortir les ordures, etc... Vraiment abusé. - le plus mauvais rapport qualité-prix que j'ai vu depuis un moment (on avait prit le temps d'une nuitée dans le hilton de luxembour. Pour quelques dizaines d'euros de plus, on avait une vraie prestation, un bon lit propre et une qualité de sommeil. Je ne recommande absolument pas à des familles de passer des nuits dedans et de chercher autres choses.

Séjour très agréable.

Le logement était vraiment mignon, très bien équipé et confortable. L'accueil a été parfait et mon interlocutrice très sympa. Les possibilités de stationnements étaient là, avec plusieurs parkings gratuits à proximité (dont celui du super marché à côté). Tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent (cuisine équipée, TV internet, etc...). En somme, une bonne expérience.

Plutôt cher pour aucun confort

Système de Checking automatisé

Impossible de prendre une douche forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain, traces d’humidité et moissisures sur le plafond et murs, nous étions obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour nous laver le visage ou aller aux toilettes. Pas de système de ventilation. Matelas du clic clac est usés, impossible de dormir confortablement. Départ du studio beaucoup trop tôt 10h pour une entrée à 17hoo.
