The place was spacious and tidy with all basic amenities avaliable. Nice terrace, very quiet location, perfect for resting.
It would have been nice to know about the 750 euro safety deposit upfront. Being reminded several times over shorter than a 2-day stay about the strict rules about checking in and out times and the waste separation (while having only one big waste bin) and consequent fines made our stay a bit less enjoyable.

Surprisingly lovely!
The house was in a very calm little town, right by the church. Jessy was very nice and made sure that everything was as good as advertised. The house itself was even better than expected and add pretty much everything that a house may need. I totally recommend it to anyone looking to do an escape with the wife and kids.

A fuir, sale, non respect des locataires, propriétaire irrespectueux
Le logement pourrait être super si l'hôte faisait un effort pour l'entretien et sa réactivité mais ce n'est pas le cas...
La liste est longue.
Logement sale. Des consignes strictes sont données mais rien n'est respecté. A notre arrivée, surprise le logement est au 1er étage avec des escaliers. Mon frère est handicapé... Pas de rampe d'accès...
Une caution de 500€ est demandée mais le ménage n'a pas été fait ou avec des ustensiles tellement sales qu'au bout de quelques heures les enfants ont les pieds noirs... Les portes, le sol, l'évier, le frigo, les placards... tout est sale et gras.
La vaisselle n'est pas suffisante (seulement 4 verres et 5 assiettes plates) alors qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle...
Quand nous faisons signe à notre hôte pour trouver des solutions (nous voudrions faire un peu de ménage mais avec des outils adaptés = manche de la serpillère cassé, pas d'essoreuse dans le seau...), il ne daigne même pas nous répondre.
Nous avons fait pour 30€ de courses (serpillère, 6 assiettes, 6 verres, 1 recharge pour briquet sans lequel on ne peut allumer la gazinière...). Je pense que le propriétaire aurait pu faire cet investissement !?
Nous avons donc passé une soirée et une matinée à astiquer le logement ! C'est donc sans surprise que le propriétaire a récupéré un appartement en meilleur état de propreté qu'à notre arrivée !
Nous sommes allés de déconvenance en déconvenance... chaussettes sales dans un meuble du salon et dans le canapé, poussière partout sur les meubles et au mur, cuvette des toilettes cassée alors qu'une neuve se trouve dans une étagère (à nous de la changer ???), grand vélux dans le salon sans occultant = impossible de dormir dans le canapé-lit après 7h, jardin entourant la terrasse en friche, bruits inquiétants du voisin... et la cerise sur le gâteau : des serpents sur la terrasse !!
Alors malgré la tentative de corruption, non je ne vous mettrai pas un bon commentaire et je ne conseille pas votre établissement.

Appartement assez bien situé dans une zone résidentielle, les habitants sont très aimables.
Logis bien agencé, beaucoup de commodités.
Facile d’accès parking gratuit en contrebas.
Appartement mal entretenu :
Prises désolidariseés des murs.
Ménage fait très partiellement.
Détails très peu esthétique et peu soigné.
Parquet gondolé dans les pièces à vivre.
Pas où presque pas d’eau chaude. (1bar à peine)
Porte d’entrée ne se ferme qu’à clef.
Pas assez de prise pour la télévision, la box et le décodeur.
Conduit de VMC apparents.
Paroie de douche qui ne sert rien, par déduction marre d’eau dans la salle de bain.
500€ de caution c’est littéralement le prix du mobilier et commodités du logis.
Murs de la chambre parentale très sales.
