WORST experience in my life..and I have been all around the world.. do not recommend at all

Nothing at all..

Unfortunately, when we arrived there at around 19h the apartment door was unlocked (and couldn’t be locked either), the rooms were untidy, definitely it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and it smelled bad. We talked to the staff on the phone number provided by the Booking App and were told that someone would come immediately to clean up but after one hour of waiting in vein we had to leave. Worst part is that after submitting a claim for refund they refused to give the money back multiple times, although I had all the evidence (photos, videos) that we were in our right to get a refund for a service we did not get..I had to refer to my bank in order to get the refund.

Budget and specious accomodation for sleeping after busy days around.

The spaciousness of the flat is really cool. The area is really quiet.

-The location of the key is not clear at first, the description doesn't mention that the key box is in the post box. There should be a sign or name on the post box to make it obvious. -A better description on how the flat is equipped would be beneficial for the travellers. For example to know there is blanket, so do not have to take yours. For example to know the exact type of the stove - it is an induction one, so the guests don't take their favourite moka maker. For example to know that the coffee maker works with a special coffee pads, so the guests know what type to buy and bring in advance, because there was no any, not even for the first morning. -Two small rolls of toilet paper was prepared for five guests, so we had to buy. Also we bought sponge for the kitchen, because the provided one is like two years old and does not meet the minimal hygene criteruim.

Il manque quelques détails pour être au top : lampe de chevets, porte-manteau, bols ou grandes tasses pour le petit-déjeuner, l'éclairage blanc dans les pièces est un peu violent.

A éviter, des promesses dithyrambiques mais une prestation très médiocre.

La prestation dans son ensemble est tres médiocre, rien n'étant conforme au descriptif. Eclairages défectueux, WIFI HS, propreté douteuse, absence de produits d'accueil et d'accessoirs de cusine, médiocre qualité du mobilier et de la vaisselle... Rue bruyante, quartier déshérité.

L’appartement était niquel. Son emplacement agréable, et facile à stationner.

La Freebox ne fonctionne pas donc pas de Wifi ni de TV, la personne à contacter n'a pas répondu à notre appel. Il serait intéressant d'avoir des ampoules (chambre 1 et au dessus de l'évier) et des lampes de chevet (chambre 2), également des protège matelas (chambre 1) et protège oreillers. Propreté en général à revoir, dont la vaisselle que nous avons été obligées de relaver pour notre usage. Encadrement plaque de cuisson encrassé. Le lave vaisselle spécifié dans l'annonce n'est pas présent. Une communication a posteriori trop présente mais inutile par les messages automatiques. Toutes ces remarques ont été dites à la gestionnaire de l’appartement lors de notre sortie.

Appartement génial, équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin. Propreté au top ! Chambres confortables. L’hôte est à l’écoute du début à la fin 👍🏼

Déçus pour le prix.

Appartement spacieux et calme.

Le ménage à notre arrivée était très approximatif, pourtant facturé 77 € : escalier d'accès à l'appartement sale, toiles d'araignées apparentes. Dépôt orangé aux coins du bac de douche, nettoyage revêtement de sol bâclé, évier et robinet cuisine recouverts de calcaire, four et hotte plein de graisse jamais nettoyés. Bac congélateur rempli de glace fondue. Canapé, housses et têtes de lit plein de poussière. Vitres Appartement Sales. De plus l'équipement comporte le strict minimum, pas d'ouvre-boite, pas de tire-bouchon... Nous avons dû nettoyé malheureusement avant notre installation. La connexion internet et la TV fonctionnent très mal.
