Not the fault of the property but new traffic pattern and construction on the highway out front was confusing for the GPS. Learned to come in a different way after that.

Excellent location but walls were too thin.

The location was excellent. It was close to Austin while being away from traffic and hustle, it was also near really great restaurants.

The walls are extremely thin and you could hear the people next door all night long. We were 2 doors down from the elevator, and you could hear the dings from the elevator when the TV was off which was very annoying.

I requested two room on the same floor because we were traveling with my 87 year old mother. I made the request on April 9th 20 days before our arrival. Upon arrival they said they were full and could not get two rooms on the same floor but my mom could change rooms the following night if she wanted to. She ended up just staying in the same room all three nights. It is a little hard to believe their system would not put two rooms at 3 nights each over $1000 reservation over all the single room one night stays.

The free breakfast was nice and fresh with plenty of choices. Free coffee 24/7.

The area is under heavy road construction. Very noisy at the break of dawn. Heavy traffic in front of the hotel. The cable TV and wifi was down for the entire hotel and never came back for a 4 day stay. Unheard of. Spectrum cable should be ashamed. The room says no maid service unless requested yet the people knocked on the door every day. We could not print our boarding passes from jetblue website in the business center. The staff didn't know how either.
