La ubicación es excelente, el parking incluido te facilita el aparcar por allí y el apartamento muy cómodo y limpio.

La ubicación es buena, el piso es muy correcto porque tiene los baños renovados y en general le han dado un repaso a todo. Además, te facilitan una plaza de garaje.
Solo tiene un problema que hace que todo lo bueno quede empañado. LA LIMPIEZA. Hay que dedicarle un rato entre inquilinos a adecentar la vivienda. La vajilla estaba con restos, sin lavar bien (como la habría dejado el anterior), las toallas de suelo de los baños con unos ronchones de lejía que parecían trapos viejos y en general la casa no estaba limpia. La espumadera de plástico (que cuesta 3€ en cualquier bazar) totalmente derretida del mal uso... cosas de ese tipo que no son admisibles cuando alquilas un alojamiento.
