Beautiful Villa; well equipped, few things should be improved
In general we had very good time at the place. The Villa is in great condition. The rooms and bads are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is nice and it is very clear that this property is being care. The host was available whenever we need. Parrano is a beautiful village which give you a real taste of Umbria. The village is quite remote - I consider it both as advantage and disadvantage because it gives you peace but on the other hand it is far away and you need 10 minutes just to get down from the hill.
There are few things we had problem with: 1. The pool has no safety cover or fence so for families with children it is really not safe. 2. There is no cellular signal in the villa, only in a single spot near the swimming pool, it is problematic if you need to use your cell phone during your stay. 3. The WiFi on the villa works but it is not that good, also not available on the yard and near the pool.

great house with pool, barbecue & great view. we were 17 people and was more than enough space. enjoyed the stay a ton. silvya the host was super nice as well.
less green area around for playing soccer/volleyball… wifi didn’t work most of the time (we were a big group maybe that didn’t help). kitchen wasn’t equipped perfectly (just two cutting knives, no tea towel. and there were neighbours directly nearby - doesnt show that on the pics so well.

An escape to the mountains of Italy
The villa is excellent. Modern, very spacious as we were multiple people and everyone really enjoyed the place. Also, the upper floor and lower floor are fairly isolated in terms of sound so it also is really handy for those who stay awake longer. The kitchen is very well equipped and we could even make dinner for everyone there with ease. Furthermore, we made use of the outdoor grill which worked very well and we had a good barbeque. A 10-minute car ride away is a large grocery store with most things you may need. And max 1h drive away are various towns and places to visit. I can very much recommend the villa!
The only criticism I have is that there is a minor leak in the roof which created a small puddle on the 2nd floor by the windows. No big issues from it but something to fix. One more thing to note - the automatic gate for the car is not great. The moment the car leaves the sensor, the gate may suddenly close. Keep your leg at the sensor to protect your cars.

Sicuramente Silvia, accogliente, simpatica e molto reattiva. Tutta la villa, sia gli interni che gli esterni, una struttura decisamente da condividere con amici e famiglia
La pulizia degli ambienti, soprattutto l'interno dei mobili della cucina. Preferirei trovare poi meno oggetti ma tenuti meglio, (es. padelle troppo usate, tante caffettiere ma alcune senza manico e altre senza filtro) Consiglio un calcio balilla nell'enorme soggiorno e dei giochi da tavolo
