Do not go there.

Not the Tuscan experience you’re hoping for We’ve traveled extensively through Italy over the years, and unfortunately, this was one of our worst experiences. The location is right next to the A1 highway, which makes it extremely noisy — we had to sleep with the windows closed due to the constant sound of cars. The apartment itself was poorly equipped, with outdated furnishings and a very uncomfortable bed. Our bathroom felt like it hadn’t been properly maintained in years. Check-in was chaotic. The place wasn’t even ready when we arrived — cleaning was still ongoing. Check-out wasn’t any better: no communication, no instructions, just a stream of excuses via WhatsApp afterward. They allow dogs on the property, which may be great for pet lovers, but be warned: barking dogs and loud music were tolerated throughout the day. Peace and quiet were hard to come by. The kitchen lacked even the most basic essentials and was so poorly designed that you couldn’t even stand straight at the sink. Guests are expected to handle their own basic cleaning and even take care of their own checkout, which felt more like a rental rulebook than a hospitality experience. What’s most disappointing is the lack of warmth or care from the hosts. Communication was full of excuses, but no real accountability. It felt like a place run purely for profit — a far cry from the genuine hospitality Italy is known for. For nearly €200 per night, there are dozens of far better options nearby. We really don’t understand the high ratings.

• Constant noise from the nearby A1 highway – difficult to sleep, even with windows closed • Poor layout and lack of basic amenities in the apartment (especially the kitchen) • Outdated furniture and uncomfortable bed • Chaotic check-in and no proper check-out communication • Unclear and unhelpful contact with the hosts – only excuses afterward via WhatsApp • Noisy environment with barking dogs and loud music tolerated • Price far too high (€200/night) for what’s offered • Currently staying at a nearby B&B for half the price – quiet, comfortable, and full of hospitality

Very good and peaceful stay

Amazing farmhouse, spacy rooms, incredibly beautiful surroundings

As the farmhouse is in nature, you can expect to share the house with some domestic spiders, bugs etc 😃 It didn't bother me, but I guess someone can find it not comfortable. The road that leads to the house is bad so I suggest not coming with your own car unless it's a SUV.

We had a very pleasant stay in Villa Belo.

The hostess was friendly and welcoming, the house was clean with fully arranged kitchen, the pool area view was stunning. The villa is perfectly suitable for 20 people.

There is an extra fee for AC.

Idyllic view

We really loved this place, amazing view on the Tuscany hills, olive garden, outside dining table under the old trees which give shadow for all day, swimming pool, and many other things that made our stay comfortable and nice. ..This was unforgettable experience to be there, to have breakfast outside listening cicadas concerts ❤️ Never been before in such beautiful place. Thank you !!!!!

Fantastic place to stay in the south of Tuscany.

Fantastic location in the hills not far from Cetona. Very quite and wonderfull views. Strada bianca (gravel road) needed to get to the property but that was not an issue. You need a car though. Host very welcoming and also possibility to have diner over at Beatrice was excellent, recommendable. Nice large pool, outdoor seating under the trees... simply wonderfull.

Beds are ok but could do with an upgrade. Airco was a bit noisy during the night but solution was to have it run a little in the evening prior to going to bed and then switch off, the fan in the bedroom kept us nice and cool.

Peace and tranquility with incredible sunrise on terrace and sunset at the pool!

Incredible location, we will never forget those 2 weeks of tranquility. Friendly staff. very well situated in Tuscany which gives the choice to relax or to visit. Place was magical, I recommend renting the first floor, as the terrasse has the nicest view for sunrise every morning! There is even a home restaurant at 200 meters

Fantastisk beliggenhet med et nydelig uteområde. Gode muligheter for å sitte i skyggen samt at du kan få mye sol hele dagen. Grilling. Parkeringsplass i skyggen. Romslig leilighet. Vi var ett voksent par på tur og det var to andre par da vi var der. Rolig og behagelig.

Litt hard seng for min rygg. Men slik er det flere plasser. Ikke unikt for denne flotte plassen.

Tolle Lage mit traumhaft Ausblick.

Palatzo Bello, ist ein typischer Bauernhof in der Toskana. Wir wurden von Beatrice mit Brot Milch und Keksen außerst nett begrüßt. Sie hat uns auch über die Sehenwürdigkeiten der Umgebung informiert. Das Apartment war genau so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir genossen die Ruhe und auch der Ort Cetona ist eine kleine Perle. Wir können es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Wij hebben een fantastische familie week beleefd in deze mooie palazzo

De plek is fantastisch. Midden in de Toscaanse heuvels en tussen de olijfbomen. Wij waren met een groep van 13. Verschillende leeftijden. De bbq en pizza oven hebben wij veel gebruikt. Het zwembad is prachtig. Lekker groot en mooi uitzicht. Verschillende zitplekken voor grote groepen. Wat ook fijn was aangezien wij regen en koudere avonden hadden maar ook echt warme avonden. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.

Kleine dingen: de airco maakt geluid. Wij hebben dat opgelost door de airco voor naar bed gaan uit te zetten. De dikke muren van de villa houden sowieso deel van de warmte buiten. Er zit verschil in de appartementen mbt comfort. Het grote appartement is top. De lager gelegen appartementen hebben wat gedateerde badkamers. Er zijn geen horren in de slaapkamers.
