A good agriturismo for a fair price

Having stayed at some agriturismos already, I would rate this one as a solid "good". Easy check-in, nice apartment, all in all in a used but good condition, well equipped. Note that this property is located at a hilltop that is a 18min car ride to the next village. If you like it remote, you will like the place. The pool was nice, they offer a BBQ space and have horses. The price is fair and overall you will not make a mistake by booking this property, but it may not be a lifetime experience ;-) CoVid measures were taken seriously, that adds a point.

The beds were not to our taste. Pretty hard mattress and pillows, but it seems rather common in Italy. There is no real black out of lights possible, so if you have a light sleep, consider this one. The biggest issue is ironically the noise level. It is an old house with fairly old doors and windows, which looks nice, but let through almost every noise. Also, please note that at the property the family members of the owners live which means that you might hear them (we had a TV sound issue from 5AM in the morning until late 22PM twice but it was somehow solved - more or less...). And certainly, without a car, you cannot go there or visit places.

Children enjoyed big swimming pool and opportunity to brush horses and play with kitten. The host is very helpful, hospitable and friendly. All 2 weeks of our stay we felt like a part of big Italian family.

Terrific views

I loved the silence and views. Francesca is a charming hostess. Very nice was that we were offered the best apartment as it was empty fir the same price.

We missed some basic utensils, like a knife to cut and spices etc. to cook. There wasn’t any information about nice things, restaurants etc. to visit in the neighbourhood. A manual, instruction guide would have been nice.

Relax con vista

Un angolo di paradiso e relax. I proprietari simpatici e sempre pronti a venirci incontro. Consiglio di andarci in gruppo, vi sembrerà di avere l’agriturismo tutto per voi. Torneremo sicuramente. La proprietaria tiene gli appartamenti tirati a lucido, sembrano nuovi anche dopo 22 anni di attività

Ein wunderschöner Ort um sich zu erholen und zum entspannen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, traumhafte Aussicht, schöne Natursteinhäuser, totale Ruhe, toller Pool, Grillmöglichkeit und vor allem sehr liebe, hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt.

Indimenticabile

Posizione a pochi chilometri da Marsciano, la giusta distanza per stare lontano dal paese e quindi nella natura e nel silenzio assoluto. Appartamento molto ben curato e con camino che ha ci ha riscaldato per tutto il soggiorno e reso magica la vacanza di fine anno. Ci ha accolto la Sig.ra Francesca, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Luogo in cui torneremo e che consigliamo a chi desidera un pò di pace e relax.
