The upper floor features a living room with a kitchen corner and TV, an exit leading to a terrace, two double bedrooms, another living room with an open-hearth fireplace and kitchen corner (also with a terrace exit), a double bedroom, and a room with two beds, accompanied by two showers, bidets, and toilets. The second upper floor consists of a living room with a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a room with two beds, and a shower, bidet, and toilet.
