Volodya is a fantastic host, who does his best to accommodate his guests. This review is of the apartment on 17 Staroievreiska St. The facilities of the apartment are good, so guests can enjoy a longer stay. The location doesn't get any better, so close to historic Rynok Square, the whole area is alive to music, bars, restaurants, historical attractions, the vibrancy of everyday life is really palpable. It's amazing to just walk about and everyone is very friendly. Top tip; nearby, Kryvika Restaurant, Rynok Square 14, knock on the wooden door, utter the password 'Slava Ukraini!' a bolt slides and you descend via many stairs to a wonderful Ukrainian restaurant in a deep cellar. P.S. use Uber or Bolt, the taxi drivers are not to be trusted.

Well, overall it's a great apartment and I enjoyed my stay there, but, regarding the double bed (It didn't have clean fresh sheets, undoubtedly an oversight) the mattress was terrible, manky, lumpy and far too soft, very uncomfortable to say the least. It is beyond high time for a new mattress! Luckily the sofa can double up as a bed, but again, it was too firm, however I could tolerate it, just. I also hope the washing machine has since been repaired.

Зупиняюся не вперше. Дуже гарні сучасні апартаменти в самому центрі Львова з елементами старого міста. Чисто, затишно, комфортно та є все необхідне для проживання. Особливо приємно, що нас заселили раніше запланованого часу. Також великий плюс — можливість заселення та виселення навіть під час комендантської години, що дуже зручно в наш час Рекомендуємо.

The location is nice.

1. The worst thing about the apartment was the bed - the mattress was awful, I could feel each string piercing into my body. On top of that the sheet wasn't fitted and was too small to tuck it underneath the mattress, so it was simply laid on top of the mattress and so it kept sliding down at the head and foot of the bed. These two factors made it close to impossible to have a proper sleep. 2. The apartment is on the top floor and the stairs that lead to it are very stiff, narrow and uneven. if you are young and don’t have much luggage - this shouldn’t be a problem for you, but otherwise requires caution. 3. The lights in the whole apartment are cold white and (unless you like this sort of hospital atmosphere at home) make the stay way less cozy. 4. In my last two nights I was woken up in the middle of the night (01-04 am) by excessively loud and rape-like sex sounds that lasted for hours. It might have been my bad luck, however if those were not guests, but permanent residents, you might want to avoid staying in this place, unless you enjoy these sort of encounters. 5. Finally, be aware that the little fridge provided in the apartment can turn into a freezer if you turn it on max. So unless you need a freezer - do not ever put it on max (unless you want your drinks and liquids to explode inside).
