Розташування чудове. Квартира досить гарна, тепла, є всі зручності і, загалом, все як на фото. По чистоті +- окей.
Хоч нема власного паркінгу, але дуже близько є громадська парковка 25грн/год.
В квартирі був дуууже сильний запах каналізації. Можливо якісь проблеми з каналізацією, або просто старий будинок.
Диван був зламаний, а саме не розкладався в ліжко. Одна людина може там спати, дві - вже ні.

Almost perfect apartment in the heart of the city. Stylish renovation, excellent bathroom, three TVs with Smart TV for each zone. Two people who travel a lot recognized it as the best apartment for entire time of travel.
One set of keys is handed to a company of five people, but there is no intercom (there is one at the entrance) in the apartment. This is a small minus that led to an unpleasant episode and a decrease in the comfort score.
