Обирали помешкання, виходячи з місця його розташування до об'єкта, куди дружина с доньками приїжджали по справах, так що тут тверда 10 з 10! Будинок, можна сказати, знаходиться в історичній частині міста, пам'ятки та туристичні об'єкти знаходяться досить близько (пішки). Додаткові питання вирішувались доволі швидко й на нашу користь: дозволили заселитись раніше призначеного часу, в день виселення була негода (сильний дощ с грозою) - дозволили затриматись й перечекати негоду в квартирі. Гаряча вода - постійно! :) (газова колонка). Помешкання по стилю ближче, напевно, до квартири-студіo
Не те що не сподобалось, скоріше це додаткова нотатка: как написав вище - будинок знаходиться в історичній частині, тому й архітектура відповідна. Той хто звик до урбаністичного вигляду з вікна й чекає надсучасного модерн-ремонту - це не ваш вибір. Чисто, охайно, не клоповник. Відповідно, враховуючи архітектуру та дату створення будинку - до квартири веде, можна, сказати вінтові дерев'яні сходи, ліфта, звісно, нема (але ми на це й не розраховували :) )! Тому, якщо у вас важкі габаритні валізи чи підійматись верх ви не любите - цей підйом ви запам'ятаєте, я гадаю!
