Spotless & Convenient: Your St Malo Home Base

The location was fantastic! The historic walled city was just a 20-minute stroll away, and the train station was even closer, only a 5-minute walk. There were also restaurants and takeaways a short walk away. This modern apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was a good size with a strong shower. As an added bonus, the apartment has a fast fiber internet connection! Perfect for streaming TV and movies in the evening if French isn't your first language (the TV in the apartment has only French channels). The host was also amazing and responded to any questions promptly. If you are visiting St Malo for the first time, the host has prepared a guide to some of the best restaurants and attractions in the area. Well worth a read when you first get to the apartment! If you are arriving by car the secure underground parking is another plus. Overall, we had a wonderful time in St Malo, and this holiday let provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area. We'd definitely recommend it!

Not a negative necessarily, but the TV in the aprtment was not a smart TV. Therefore, if French is not your first language I would recommend taking along a Chromecast/Firestick or similar so that you can stream content in your language.

St Malo was worth the Detour.

The location of apt. is very convenient and the apartment is new and well designed. The bed is comfortable and the shower is strong. Communication with the owner was helpful and responsive.

There was supposed to be a dedicated parking spot but it was always occupied by another car. Parking on street is possible but not always available.

The duvet cover spoilt the whole stay. we could put up with the cable sellotaped to the floor although not very appealin

The apartment looked brand new with secure entrance and a reserved secure underground parking space.

The duvet cover was not very nice with bobbles and hairs on it so we had to use our coats during the night. There was a TV coax sellotaped across the floor from the tv to the aerial socket on the opposite wall. When we got up in the morning there was no water in the apartment. I rang the contact number about the water situation but never got any response from them even to ask if the water had come back on?

Logement très pratique et très propre. Très bien situé par rapport à Saint Malo Intra Muros. Calme et proche des commerces . Hôte très gentille, accueillante et disponible. A recommander si vous prévoyez un séjour dans ce coin. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Zeer proper, leuke studio. Ondergrondse staanplaats is praktisch. Dichtbij 2 bushaltes die je op 15min aan het historisch centrum brengen.

Er waren slechts 2 handdoeken (1 grote en 1 kleine) per persoon wat voor 4 dagen echt weinig was.

Appartamento piccolo, ma con tutti i confort. Nuovo e pulito. Molto utile il posto auto nel garage della palazzina. Supermercati e negozi nei dintorni.

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans cet appartement.

Très joli studio neuf, bien équipé, très propre, quartier très calme. Situé au 2eme étage avec ascenseur et accès direct au parking situé au sous-sol. Linge de toilette et de lit fourni avec un supplément de 21€. Nous avons pu les réserver facilement grâce aux messages de rappel de la part du système de conciergerie. Les clés sont mises à disposition dans une boîte à clé facile d’accès. La ville intra muros se situe à environ 20mn à pied, nous avons laissé la voiture au parking ce qui est un avantage car très compliqué de se garer à Saint Malo.

Peut être l’accès au parking au sous-sol : un peu étroit. Mais il est possible de se garer dans la rue à l’extérieur de la résidence.

Mooi maar met een zure bijsmaak

De accomodatie was mooi en proper en de ligging was goed

Straat was afgesloten bij aankomst door werken, waarvan wij totaal niet op de hoogte waren. Onze Auto incl. fietsen konden niet in de gehuurde parking staan. Dag nadien konden we wel in de parking. Op 25/7 was bij terugkomst aan de studio de straat afgesloten en geasfalteerd. Elke morgen werden we vroeg gewekt door de werken en was dit dus geen rustgevende vakantie. Graag zouden we hiervoor toch een compensatie willen ontvangen.

Une implatation fort appréciable au coeur d'une ville fort fréquentée

D'une installation récente, le logement est impeccable et globalement bien équipé. La proximité de la gare et des arrêts de bus proches permettent de circuler facilement pour qui, une fois arrivé, souhaite ne pas utiliser la voiture et surtout à ne pas avoir les soucis de stationnement près des remparts.

On ne sait pas trop où poser les valises. Le dispositif de réservation en ligne de draps et linge de toilette est particulièrement compliqué... et ne parlons pas du mode de règlement associé ; j'ai laissé tomber !

Bob appartement calme et à 20min à pieds de intramuros

L'appartement est clair, tres propre, conforme à la description. 10 min à pieds de la gare et 20min du centre de St Malo. L'ascenseur pour descendre au parking est très pratique. Dans une rue au calme, propre et moderne. L'échange avec la propriétaire très bien et très arrangeante.

Dommage mal agencé car sdb trop grande au détriment de la pièce à vivre où il manque carrément des cm2. Lequipement en cuisine un peu sommaire il manquerait : tasses à café, il n'y a qu'une seule grande casserole, un crochet pr le torchon (et au moins 2 torchons pr plusieurs jours). Il manque des patères dans la pièce principale, des tables de nuit, car à 2 on est vite envahi quand on passe plusieurs jours ici 😬

Fijn appartementje, met prima douche in een modern complex. Gratis gebruik van de parkeergarage onder het appartement. Je kunt naar het centrum van Saint Malo lopen, en vlakbij het appartement zit een bakker.

Helaas is er geen bankje en de eetkamerstoelen zitten niet lekker.
