No internet and we were not informed about it and when we ask for help no one intervened

This place was incredible. The host was very responsive to our questions and made sure the apartment was set up how we wanted. The views from the rooftop deck were incredible. We spent every night up there watching the sunset with a glass of wine. I hesitated writing this review only because I don't want this place to be completely booked when we inevitably return to Venice. You will not be sorry if you stay here. 10/10 and then some. Amazing.

Nothing at all. Be aware it's a walk-up but good for exercise after all that pasta, wine and gelato

Barbara reached out about a month before the reservation to confirm the bedroom configurations. We were two couples and two singles in the three bedrooms. Upon arrival, which I had to confirm 5 times with multiple people, two bedrooms were set up with single beds. She wasn’t able to send “housekeeping” until the next day which was basically 50% of the reservation and he didn’t even fix the bed set up. I had also declined them coming but they still showed up at 8:30am ringing the doorbell. The downstairs bathroom toilet also was…questionable.
