The staff are super welcoming, caring, and professional from day one
The room that i was in nedd a little more care about the details (like the paint, tv, shower,toilet seat…..) but overall it was good value for me

Lady Safaa was very kind and made me feel welcome
the room was clean
I had to pay the booking commission, which I believe should have been covered by the property. One of the staff members told me the price would be lower if I reserved the room directly without using Booking.com. However, when I tried to extend my stay, he said the room price had gone up, so I had to pay more. I was busy and didn’t have time to switch hotels, so I ended up paying the higher rate
I also specifically told them that I didn’t want anyone cleaning my room, as I don’t feel comfortable with people going through my belongings. They agreed, but despite that, they still sent the cleaning lady every day
