The hotel is in a great location — very close to downtown, so everything is within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, which made my stay pleasant.
Unfortunately, the person who welcomed me at the reception was clearly drunk. This is highly unprofessional and not something you’d expect when checking into a hotel. First impressions matter, and this definitely needs to be addressed by management.
