Many cafes and architecture around. Clean. No foul smell. Nice pillows. Desk and chair. Stable hot water. Breakfast offered, but available at the same price or a bit cheaper, with greater variety, in cafés around.
Shower head is good model but need repair or replacement. Mosquitos may enter, if you like the window open. Some bars around have corners smelling urine, so you might carefully choose your routes.

The location of the property is good, and the guy at the front desk was very nice
The drainage system in the shower was very poor, with water draining very slowly and quite inconvenient. I changed rooms and the second room was better but then the hot water completely stopped working and even after they said it was fixed, it still didn't work and I barely could have a shower. It was very exasperating, and left me quite unhappy obviously.
