The location was great, easy to get around to where I wanted to go. Room was very spacious for new york. All ammenities met my expectations and all the staff were lovelly. They really helped me out in a time of need !! I owe them !
Lift could of been faster but it was a very old building so not really a problem. It wasnt that big of a deal.

Good location
Not a family room as advertised. We crammed 4 into one bed. Supposed to be additional bed. Hotel was a bit tired. No plug in bath for kids to have a bath had to ask front desk more than once for a plug. Room was noisy with traffic may as well have not been a window there to be honest
