Cool hotel in a converted tenement building right by Chinatown. Lots of good food, bars, etc to walk around nearby. Right across the street from the Tenement Museum which is very cool - highly recommend booking a tour. Friendly staff and comfortable room, very clean and well equipped.
Elevator is slow but we just took the stairs which was not a problem.

Hotel staff were amazing. Friendly helpful and connected to the neighborhood and all it has to offer.
Too many options for added money/ like an airline- pay this for early check in, late check out, room upgrade….

Great independent hotel, room was spacious and modern amenities but still in keeping with the time of the building. Location is fantastic, close to eateries and bars and walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy. Staff were super helpful and someone was always available at the front desk for any questions we may have.
We stayed at the weekend, area is lively and you can sometimes hear whats going on outside/in the corridor if you are a light sleeper!

Good location
Not a family room as advertised. We crammed 4 into one bed. Supposed to be additional bed. Hotel was a bit tired. No plug in bath for kids to have a bath had to ask front desk more than once for a plug. Room was noisy with traffic may as well have not been a window there to be honest
