Very disappointed with the service

Great Location. Spacious parking.

Extremely disappointed with the service and how inattentive the staff were. - Requested a room decoration with a small cake in advance for a very special event only to be surprised that the request was completely ignored. 1 hour later and all what was provided is a plain small cake. - Requested a cot for a 1-year-old baby, was delivered half an hour later. The bedding of the Cot was simply a cardboard with a very thin bed sheet! - Called regarding a very disturbing banging on my door at 11 PM. There was no action taken in this matter. - Requested a trolley to handle my luggage for checkout, only to be called 5 minutes later informing me that I need to checkout. Trolley arrived 30 minutes later. - Forgot a charging cable upon checkout and I had to wait for almost an hour for them to get back to me with "we did not find it". - Value for money is simply not worth it.

Very good location and very good design of the room.

Motion sensor in bedroom on one side of the bed reacted and switched on the light under bedside table and it didn’t switch off. Only after we closed motion sensor we could sleep in the dark room. When water in bathroom and shower turned on there was a bad smell from the sewage system.

The location is perfect. There's everything you need within a short distance. There's also lots to see around the area. Free parking is also available. The view from the room is amazing.

Stayed for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the team kindly upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment — which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and professional. The breakfast on both days was delicious, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations. I also appreciated their WhatsApp support — as soon as I checked in, the team reached out, and every request I made was handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, everything about my stay — from check-in to checkout — was smooth and pleasant. I genuinely appreciated the upgrade and hospitality.

breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and staff was very efficient. I recommend the breakfast (also for vegetarians)

I had the chance to go to their beach (was not planned), honestly this could be better organized in terms of timing (only one round trip at 10:00 and back at 15:00 is little poor) and also stay (there are no infrastructure of the hotel on the beach).

Close to the waterfront. Good view. Next to hotel great Iraqi restaurant.

Room cleanness, breakfast and room was very comfortable: big space, view to sea.

Dislike - check in time is at 15:00, it is supposed to be at least at 14:00 Reception girl, i think her name was Ikram, I didn't like that she proposed to me and my colleague to stay in 1 apartment, because our rooms were not ready for check in. We paid for separate rooms, we could book one room and save money, so it would be much comfortable for both of us. She could try to say we would try to prepare room earlier.... I think she said like that because we didn't look like rich.

The location was very convenient—malls and stores were just around the area. The receptionist was so welcoming, and I really liked her friendly voice and aura. I believe her name is Salmina, and I can’t thank her enough. I truly hope she gets to read this 😊 Our stay at your hotel was very pleasant. The welcome cookies were delicious, and my kids were so happy because of them! The pool was a real highlight—we absolutely loved the pool area. It was perfect!

Thanks a lot to Anass and Nadia at the restaurant, their professionalism, smiles and care makes you feel like home. Reines, sweet girl, still in training, amazing girl. Give her a permanent job, she does everything perfectly 🙂. Breakfast and dinner were perfect, thanks to the chef and his team. The hotel is trying to be eco-friendly also. Respect for this. I stayed with my son, 7 years old. We enjoyed every minute and would like to come again. Thank you for everything one more time.

Just missing some tesho on the room. and spoon just in case if the guest will bring something to eat from outside. The bed was bit soft. Makes u feel the back pain in the next morning.. But overall the place is amazing 10/10
