    I would like to sincerely thank everyone at DoubleTree Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. I spent one wonderful night at the hotel, and we truly had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us. The hotel provided a comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere, which made our stay even more special. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time as a couple. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the hospitality and excellent service provided by the entire team. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, whether for one night or for a longer holiday. It is a wonderful place to escape, relax, and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you again to the entire DoubleTree Hotel team for your great hospitality and excellent service.     It was the worst family experience ever. The room amenities were disgusting. They gave us towels that were more like carpets. To make matters worse, the receptionist (and some of the staff) was rude. I stayed at the same hotel for over a month with my family, and every time I extended my stay, instead of a warm welcome and happiness, I was met with extremely rude treatment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager came out, and instead of calming me down, he rudely told me I had to pay for a room upgrade, even though I was a repeat guest. He said they wouldn't do it for me repeatedly, as if I were staying for free the whole time. I replied that this was my last visit. On top of that, the room service was terrible, and I know it was peak season—what a nightmare! Thank you to Zakaria, Ahmed, and Raji from reception for setting a good example. As for the rest of the staff, they are not fit for their positions.
