Location and Fornitures. Beautiful appartment.
Internet it’s not working well, also, they need to consider to install A/C. Summer is super hot.. and after spend all the day outside you hope to arrive a cool place to sleep.

The access way: you’ve to descend to the cellars to reach the place. Humid and stinky!
