It was a perfectly adequate and comfortable overnight stop.

It was near the beach so the sea was a lovely noise in the background. We were near a good choice of restaurants, all walkable, as well as a small Carrefour.

The host never replied to a request timing to arrive at the property a few months prior, so on the day she began to respond to my request. It was complicated as we were travelling and couldn't be more accurate than an approximate timing within an hour and she began to call us when we hadn't arrived on the dot of 4pm. We were lucky to get parking nearby, which could have been very tricky as it was on a 1st floor apartment, so taking all our luggage into the building was not so easy. Also the lack of decent towels was inadequate in my opinion. 2 well worn, small ones were the only ones on offer.

Waking Up to the Waves — a Dreamy Stay in Fécamp!

- Very warm and friendly welcome from the owner - Clean room with a direct sea view and all equipment ready

We really enjoyed our stay — almost perfect! Just two small points for improvement: - The booking mentioned Wi-Fi (9.5 rating), but there was no Wi-Fi available. - Due to a recent storm in Normandy (“force majeure”), there was noticeable wind noise at night from clacking windows, which made it hard to sleep perfectly.

The hostess has thought through all the details for the comfort of the guests! It was a complete delight) I didn’t even want a view restaurant, because the best view was from our window and on the balcony Friendly and hospitable atmosphere Thank you!!! 😇🙏

Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire. Elle devait nous trouver une solution. Elle n'a jamais rappelé. Le store de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La poignée du store de la cuisine était cassée. La baie vitrée du salon ne se verrouillait pas. la fermeture de la porte d'entrée laissait à désirer. Nous avons été harcelée par un homme. Nous avons été réveillés à 2h30 du matin qui sonnait à notre porte toutes les demi-heures. Au vu de l'état de la serrure, nous ne sentions plus en sécurité. Nous avons pris la décision d'écourter notre séjour.

Extrem gute Lage und phänomenal Sicht aufs Meer

Kein Internet, obwohl das bei booking angekündigt war: Internet in allen Räumen. Es gab kein Internet und es konnte auch nicht beschafft werden. Beide Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert Der Rollladen im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht bewegen, erhängen kaputt lose herunter und Schluck bei dem starken Wind gegen das Schlafzimmerfenster. Die Eingangstür war offensichtlich mehrfach aufgebrochen worden. Das Loch für das ursprüngliche Schloss war einfach mit einem Taschentuch ausgefüllt! Insgesamt sehr ab gewohnt, das Schlafsofa schob sich laufende auseinander. Nicht sauber, zum Beispiel Bad und Toilette. Das Fenster im Küchenbereich ließ sich nicht schließen, bei Wind sprang es auf.

Beste Lage zum Strand und Hafen

Außergewöhnlich gute Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, trotzdem ruhig, da verkehrsberuhigte Straße. Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen.

Es wäre schön, wenn ein besseres Leselicht vorhanden wäre, vor allem im Wohnzimmer aber auch im Schlafzimmer.

Locatie! Fijn dat de hond mee mocht. Alles netjes en schoon. Aardige verhuurster.

Wij vonden het jammer dat we pas om half 9 konden inchecken.

Een zeer teleurstellend verblijf bij een type eigenaresse: wel de lusten, maar niet de lasten.

Eigenaresse leek aanvankelijk behulpzaam, door ons, tijdens onze wandeling naar het verblijf toe, de sleutel te komen brengen. Eenmaal in het appartement constateerden wij een defect en vies toilet. Wij hebben onze behoeften met een emmer weg moeten spoelen. Ook de rest van de accommodatie wat niet schoon. Rolluik in de slaapkamer was defect. Rolluik in de kamer vertoonde ook gebrek. Beloofde koffie en thee-faciliteiten en WIFI-gegevens ontbraken. Ondanks dat de eigenaresse had toegezegd (ook tijdens haar dienst in het ziekenhuis) bereikbaar te zijn, heeft zij geen enkele reactie op onze whatsapp-vragen en verzoeken gegeven.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé face à la mer et proche des commerces, restaurants et lieux touristiques. Très bien équipé, il offre un confort optimal. L'accueil est chaleureux et les hôtes aux petits soins. Vraiment une adresse à recommander.

De ne pas avoir réservé quelques jours supplémentaires 😆😉 mais je reviendrai. Peut-être le canapé du salon, légèrement moins confortable que le reste

Un séjour idéal

L’appartement est parfait, propre, fonctionnel et idéalement situé. La terrasse est très agréable, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et les falaises. En plus de cela Julie est très gentille. On ne pouvait pas espérer mieux pour un week-end passé à Fecamp (en plus de cela la météo était au rendez-vous) ! Je recommande fortement.

Hebergement parfait ! L'accueil est très chaleureux et amical. Les équipements proposés sont excellents et l'emplacement est très bien, surtout avec la magnifique vue sur la plage. Je recommande fortement !
