About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 21 m² flat for rent in Cabourg, less than 200 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) separated by a sliding door with wardrobes and hanging space
- A shower room with shower and WC
Outside:
- A very sunny 8 m² balcony (south-west facing) with table, 4 folding chairs and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet, secure residence. The building is 150 metres from the beach, with no roads to cross: direct access to the Marcel Proust promenade, which runs alongside the beach and takes you quickly to the casino and town centre. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants (particularly along the Promenade Marcel Proust), bars and markets are close by. The Thalazur thalassotherapy centre is also next door.

Océania The apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures. No breakfast was provided (does the second B in BnB mean anything ?), nor any soap/shower gel. Stained towels and the shower door was broken (as pointed out by reviewers for a few months now).
