Fabulous area for young and old alike but the accommodation left a lot to be desired.

The caretaker was very nice and obliging. The location was fabulous. Wonderful beaches. Cabourg was a beautiful town.

It was a scrum to get a car parking space at the weekends. The photographs of the apartment did not live up to expectations. No space to hang our clothes as every cupboard was filled with owners property. I am furious at having a non returnable 200 euro cleaning charge on the bill. The equipment in the kitchen area was filthy and had not been cleaned for some length of time so we ate out a lot. The drainage pipe from the shower cubicle was covered in green mould. The small garden area was unusable as it was overgrown and the access door lock did not work properly. I could go on.

El apartamento es sencillo pero está bien.

Tuvimos problemas con la entrega de llaves. El señor sólo hablaba francés, no respondía a los sms, no supo enviarnos la ubicación del apartamento. La dirección de Booking nos mandó a otro lugar y estuvimos 1 hora esperando para poder entendernos. Acabamos pagando una noche extra en otro hotel porque fue desesperante. Al día siguiente ya pudimos alojarnos. Esta situación nos causó gran decepción y nos dejó un mal sabor para el resto de la estancia
