Villa Siempre Mar

Beautiful villa about 10 minutes walk to the main strip. Very quiet neighbourhood with no noise at night. The villa is beautifully situated with a view over the sea and mountains, it is mesmerising! The outdoor area around the pool is lovely and spacious. Great kitchen facilities, so handy having a separate area with a washing machine which means I had no laundry to do when I got home. Bedrooms are all decorated well as is the main living area. Would highly recommend staying here and we will return. Mr. Lanzarote Villas who manages all communications were excellent and very responsive to any questions via what’s app. It made the whole process so hassle free. Thank you!

Not a complaint more an observation, the outdoor sun-beds are a little grubby but comfortable, there are plenty of towels provided so you can put these on the beds. The patio table top is also a little worse for wear with cigarette burns on it, a table cloth would have been nice to cover this. There are still small loose mosaic tiles around the edges of the inside of pool which would aesthetically look better if they were replaced. Overall I wouldn’t let it deter me from staying again but a little investment in these things would enhance the overall stay.

Lovely Villa, had everything you would need. Very spacious outside. Plenty of floaties by the pool for the kids to use.

Location was very good having stayed on Vista del Mar complex on several occasions

The property was in desperate need of repairs and a bit of TLC
