Very close to great sites. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, overall lovely place. Ross, the host, is awesome. He went above and beyond to make our experience special.

Ross, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was there to greet us and and explained every detail of the apartment. The apartment was terrific. 2 bedrooms each with bathrooms and another bathroom in the laundry room. The family room was large and the dinning room was perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen was terrific. Location was steps away from Trafalgar Sq, National Gallery and the Portrait Gallery. It's around the corner from The Mall and a nice walk to Buckingham Palace.
The air conditioning didn't work and we had several 90°F days. Ross had purchased a portable a/c unit for one of the bedrooms, but the rest of the apartment was hot. Ross ran out and got a cooling unit that required a lot of water. We had to keep the blinds closed all the time to keep the sun out. I would stay again, but only if the A/C was working.

Smelled heavily of second hand smoke. No A/C made it smell stronger.
