Park Lane Apartments Mayfair Collection

The location was excellent.

There was mold in the shower, the freezer had leftover food in it and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work.

The location, the space and cleanness

Perfect stay in London! We were meant to stay just outside the city but our accommodation was cancelled at the very last minute leaving us stranded with three young girls (we are from Cheshire). We actually booked a 1 bedroom but the amazing property manager upgraded us to a two bedroom and it was huge and in a great location with young children and right on the doorstep of all of the sights. I was my children's first time in London and what a perfect introduction for them. I highly recommend this for families!

Nothing at all - everything was perfect!

The location was very good.

It was difficult to get the keys. You turn up there, it is just a locked door. Had to call a number I found on the booking, a person answered and said he would be back. The a few minutes later he rang me back, and told me to go to the black door, next door and the third one down on the door would have the key in it, he gave me the wrong number, then he went away. I thought he might be coming around, he did not, then I he rang back, and got the number wrong twice again. Then he got it right. So not the way I wanted to start the stay. The place itself was clean, but place needs an update.
