Park Lane Apartments Mayfair Collection

Location is great and staff is very supportive. When I arrived my appartment was under maintenance and they had to move me to another appartment. In one night all was fixed and the staff helped moving my bags, get the other room ready and compensate me with late check out in my departure day. The size of living room is good. Bathrooms are clean, kitchen well equipped

Beds are a bit small good for a family of 3 or 4 people.

Close proximity to major landmarks in London. Walkable to places and tube lines. Nice to have two bedrooms and another sleep area in the living room. Large space. Staff approachable and responsive.

No AC in second bedroom, but with doors open the first bedroom AC and living room AC did mostly cool it down. Would be fine anytime other than maybe a heatwave (we did fine with a high of 85). Some areas worn- second bathroom sink didn't work, freezer was frozen open when we first arrived, and it was unclear if the washer/dryer combo actually dried out clothes (but we think it did! Just slightly damp and doesn't spin on the dry cycle). Construction nearby (upstairs perhaps) started making very loud noise at 730am everyday, but we were mostly up anyway- staff communicative but said they had no control over other apartments. Overall a good stay.

Every things were really lovely and clean! Also we just got a free upgrade at the check-in!

The location was very good.

It was difficult to get the keys. You turn up there, it is just a locked door. Had to call a number I found on the booking, a person answered and said he would be back. The a few minutes later he rang me back, and told me to go to the black door, next door and the third one down on the door would have the key in it, he gave me the wrong number, then he went away. I thought he might be coming around, he did not, then I he rang back, and got the number wrong twice again. Then he got it right. So not the way I wanted to start the stay. The place itself was clean, but place needs an update.
