Expensive although the AUD exchange rate is not good currently !! Odd by Australian standards not to have a microwave, but otherwise excellent cooking facilities.

The absolute perfect place to stay in Zermatt!

We stayed in the 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment. It was exactly what I was looking for. Breathtaking views from every single room. The whole building was very clean, modern, comfortable, sound proof, and exactly as pictured. Large elevator and comfortable beds.

The pillows were very fluffy but too soft. Almost went flat when you lied on them. When the cancel by date arrived you either had to wire money to pay for the property or pay quite a large convenience fee to pay with credit card which was not disclosed in advance on booking.com

We love this place. The place is clean and comfortable and large enough for family of 5. It's fully equipped with everything we need. The bus stop to the cable car is just right opposite the apartment. And I think we have the best view of Matterhorn, we can see the view of Matterhorn from all of the 3 bedrooms. The location was convenient for us. Not too far from the centre but far enough from the crowd. We are gonna book this place again this winter.

Maybe the shower gel and extra rubbish bags. But it wasn't the big deal for us. Coop is just 3 mins away.

Idyllic location, beautiful apartment with all updated facilities.

Ideal location to walk everywhere, including to/from the train station and 3 mountain lifts. Modern and clean, and appreciated the starter Nespresso coffee capsules, tea and spices, olive oil/balsamic vinegar

A bit warm but opening up windows helped greatly. Would have liked one more towel per person. One bathroom had no body wash. No microwave oven. Comforters on beds very warm - a lighter option would be appreciated for summer months.

Excellent location and perfect accommodation for our family. 3 lovely bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We cooked dinner a couple of times and apartment was was equipped and lovely and warm. Very quiet too considering how central it was.

Perfection in Zermatt

The location of this property, with clear view of the Matterhorn, was wonderful. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, train, and shops. Washer/dryer was key. Layout of the unit was open and bright, and decor looked like something from a magazine. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

The only issue we had was the owner initially not taking a credit card as a form of payment, but she was very nice in our communications and we worked it out. My only other suggestion is to have instructions in English on how to use the hi-tech stove/oven.

Great Place to Stay in Zermatt

My wife and I stayed at Haus Zur Bruck for the month of August to escape the brutal Texas heat. We had visited Zermatt twice before and we wanted to experience the area for a longer time. Haus Zur Bruck met our needs perfectly! The location was centrally located and convenient to restaurants, grocery and other shops. The apartment had been recently refurbished and everything seemed new. Our host was very helpful in showing us how everything worked and, upon request, made recommendations on restaurants for the nights we wanted to eat out. The coffee shop on the ground floor, run by the most pleasant staff, was an unexpected benefit! As wonderful as all this was, the best part of this apartment was the amazing view it offered. From most rooms, the Matterhorn took center stage. To wake up to that majesty every day was indescribable! Our daughter and son-in-law visited us for a few days and they were impressed as well. We would return to Haus Zur Bruck anytime we return to Zermatt.

Beautiful Apartment

Location is just next to the river, shops, restaurants and cable cars for tourist attractions. Host is very friendly. Got us beautiful flowers. Apartment is huge and balconies are spacious. One of the rooms also had a jacuzzi. The host has stocked the apartment with everything to make our stay extra comfortable. One of the best apartments we have stayed in and definitely stay here whenever we visit Zermatt.

The Check-in process: 10/10 The easiest and the fastest check-in process I ever had in my life Location and the view: 10/10 Cleanness 10/10 Not a single dirt/dust in every corner of the apartment. My wife says that It was the cleanest apartment ever. Kitchen 10/10 Well designed and loaded kitchen Included in the kitchen Meile Dishwasher and smoke extractor. We didn't need anything except the ingredients. All tools are there, all kind of (knifes,spoons,forks,cups,dishes, cooking ware, toaster, oven, orange juice maker, capsules coffee machine...etc) Toilets 10/10 Very clean and new toilets. Water Temperature control in the shower works well unlike other places we've been to. Safety: the building has a code and the door has an electronic lock plus CCTV cameras in common areas. Bedrooms 10/10 Comfortable bad and pillows. Nice and clean beddings. A an electric outlet, USB and USB-C is there on both sides of the bed. Other Stuff we liked The small wall art pieces, the power extension, the vacuum cleaner(we can switch it on silent and thats something because we dont want to wake up the kids) Check out process 10/10 Check out process also was the fastest I ever had. We spent 8 nights and we wish that we could stay more! Thank you Miss Alessandra for the lovely apartment.

Fantastic modern apartment with Matterhorn and city views at central location

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location with shops and bakery at 3 minutes and ski lifts (Sunega) at 5 minutes walking distance. Nearby river drowns all city noise but with triple insulated windows closed it's very quiet inside. Top quality Miele equipment; excellent beds and pillows; high speed internet / Wi-Fi. Very nice and helpful host.

Wonderful central location, very close to ski lifts , bus stop directly outside. Very close to Main Street and amenities . The apartment is meticulously finished and very comfortable with sound proofing. Everything you could possibly need for a ski holiday. The ski room was private for each apartment and very big.

Een magnetron had handig geweest Je hebt aparte vuilninszakken nodig, kwamen we achter toen we aan het weggaan waren. Snel nog gekocht en restant achter gelaten. Zou fijn zijn als die er gewoon zijn.
