Great stay in a lovely apartment, hosts were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, thanks to Rebecca and Lizz

Lovely apartment in a great location just a short walk to the centre of Zermatt. The apartment was very well appointed had everything you needed. With a view of the Matterhorn. A nice touch to have a few essentials on arrival, fresh bread was lovely it felt very homely. Nice to come back to after a day in the mountains.

There are lots of steps down to the property but in Zermatt that it not unusual.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Chez Nous Zermatt.

Its proximity to the town and restaurants was a plus. Both Lizzie and Rebecca were always available to give information and assistance even prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

Perfect

A beautiful apartment that worked perfectly and looked lovely. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable and uncrowded while not lacking a single item that we might have needed. The position was excellent for the slopes and for shops and restaurants. The welcome and local advice were really helpful and very quick and friendly.

Lizzie was really helpful with answering queries before our trip and settling us in - we felt very welcome . The house is immaculate , really well finished and Lizzie has thought of everything you could need. A lot of attention to detail and our comfort. Obviously well located with stunning views

Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zermatt

The apartment was cosy and very very clean, we immediately felt at home and comfortable. Kitchen was great, they had filled up the fridge with milk and some drinks upon our arrival - we felt that this touch was super warm! Great view of the Matterhorn from the living room. TV had Netflix, Spotify, and all the latest apps so you'll never get bored of entertainment.

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay

The apartment was very well designed - it had everything you need for a longer stay! Bed was very comfy, balcony was furnished with couple of chairs, sofa and tables, so you could start or end your day with a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or glass of wine, sitting on the balcony and admiring the mounting view and Matterhorn peek. The location of the apartment was quiet so you can enjoy peaceful mornings\evenings. Internet connection was very good!

In the laundry room, for the locker, it would be good to put a locking device with a code, instead of the sophisticated keyhole. Current locking mechanic allows someone else from another apartment to lock it and then only he\she can unlock it and that way cut the access for the rest of the guest. Although I had a great experience with the host during the check in, I had a situation (thankfully not something urgent) where I had troubles getting in contact with the person, given to me as a main contact - this situation created uncertainty and negative experience for me. As a travelers, going in a foreign country, foreign place, we relay on communication with the host\hotel staff - someone we can contact in case of need - failing to do so, creates uncertainty, lack of trust in the host and unpleasant experience despite all the greatness of the accommodation.

Great apartment, nicely decorated with all modern comforts. Super cosy, clean and quiet. Conveniently located for access to shops, center of town and mountain area/slopes on foot or by electric bus nearby. Outstanding host.

Being in the middle of the village has its advantages but the only drawback is that it is a bit of a walk to the ski gondolas (about 15 minute walk to Matterhorn Express). But we got used to it so no big deal.

It is an amazing apartment, very cosy and clean.

Zermatt is an amazing place, and thanks to Liz & Lou our 3 days were exceptional. The apartment is very clean, cosy and nicely furnished. Milk, wine, beer, chocolate and fruit were left for us. It was a very warm welcome. Lou came to meet us at the station and we arrived at the apartment by a Zermatt taxi. Matterhorn is seen from the big balcony and it was a very pleasant sight especially early morning. The apartment is in a very good location and has very quiet and peaceful surroundings. We really recommend this place. Big thank you to the hostess.

Excellent apartment, but not easily accesible for old people…

The apartment is excellent!! Very well equiped!! Nice views! Comfortable beds and bathrooms! The staff is very very very helpful and atentious!!

The access from the street is by stairs or by a walk through the garden… not easy for old people. i was travelling with my parents and they were a bit afraid about it…

Spectacular view, comfortable property, you'll want for nothing.

Great property. Spectacularly clean, very comfortable, well-designed, the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were so comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. The onsite property manager was proactive and made sure you had everything/anything. If you plan ahead, you can have meals delivered to your flat via Lou, the property manager. The view from the property is spectacular, and we managed coffee/wine on the balcony every day when the sun was shining.

Perfect, clean family space with outstanding views.

We loved the cozy feel of the apartment. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The views to the Matterhorn were really impressive. We enjoyed afternoon tea on the terrace looking at the mountains and in the evenings we enjoyed the fire whilst playing board games. This is a great space for families. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants too. Lizzie was a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.
