wonderful position , fun place to stay comms could be improved.

excellent position right in the heart of old Rouen. Well equipped with amusing bathroom.

we chose the property as it was one of four that mentioned EV charging. We felt this was slightly disingenuous as there were a number of EV charge points in the city, one close by in a car park this was not attached to the property. The other main problem was that while most of the flat was clean, the sheets did not appear to have been washed. we went to bed late and we discovered this to our dismay, in the morning.. This may have been a one off as none of the other reviews mentioned this. in terms of general coms, while the owners did respond by text they did not respond to any of our attempts to contact them by phone. The key collection was also confusing.

Clean, comfortable, very central, amazing jaccuzzi ! A very nice lady is managing the property, very smooth process to collect the keys, and she even added a small heater because the weather was very cold this weekend.

Déception !

La situation géographique près de la gare.

On ne sait même pas par où commencer. L'arrivée se fait à 17h ! Nous avons l'habitude de louer des appartements, c'est la première fois qu'une arrivée est aussi tardive. Nous avons donc demandé à arriver plus tôt, et pour cela il faut payer 10e par heure ! Nous avons envoyé un message comment il fallait procéder pour le paiement, et nous avons dû relancer 3 fois (mail + sms + appels) avant d'avoir une réponse. Déjà, c'était mal parti. On a dû payer 20e en plus pour arriver à 15h, et le jour J on n'avait aucune information sur l'accès au logement, aucune nouvelle, on a dû renvoyer un message pour les demander...! Ensuite, concernant l'appartement : -La porte d'entrée ne se ferme pas complètement, il y a un "jour" sur la quasi totalité de la porte (voir photo)...donc ça laisse rentrer le froid, la lumière, on entend chaque mot et chaque geste des voisins, et bonjour la sécurité ! -Il n'y a aucune notice pour les différents appareils (chauffage, four, balneo, plaques vitro...). Vraie galère... -Aucun bol pour le ptit déj. -Les 2 contenants gel douche/shampoing de la douche étaient totalement vides à notre arrivée, on a dû acheter du gel douche !... -Il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux, c'est lunaire. Tous les appartements sont équipés de sèche cheveux...on était là pour 2 nuits, on a donc dû - en plus - acheter un sèche cheveux ! -La douche est très galère : pour avoir le pommeau seul, sans la tête de douche qui s'active en même temps, il faut avoir fait sciences Po. En plus le support du pommeau n'est pas fixé donc le pommeau tombe tout le temps. -c'est extrêmement bruyant. La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble claque en permanence, tout résonne, bref, l'enfer. Et avec tout ça, on a dû payer 20e en plus pour arriver 2h plus tôt ! Bref, mauvaise expérience, on ne recommande pas du tout !

Bon séjour, mais déçus par la propreté

Emplacement idéal en plein dans la vieille ville. Appartement lumineux et bien décoré. Coin salle de bain très agréable.

Propreté à revoir (poussiere au sol, baignoire pas très propre, filtre du lave vaisselle sale) Isolation sonore mauvaise avec la cage d'escalier (on entend tous les passages) Manque d'équipement dans la cuisine.

Petit séjour mais très satisfaite.

La baignoire à jets hyper agréable après une journée bien remplie. Le lit très confortable. Appartement très sympa.
