we were met by the host and showed around. super location with close to the restaurants and cafes, place where d'Arc were executed, walking distance to everything. big screen tv, nice plates set and design touch in the interior. small welcome things milk, juice and almonds on arrival. good kitchen.
bit to hot in the mezzanine part of masters bedroom. were saddened by half used or even empty toiletries bottles, went to purchase our own. it is mentioned that there is no parking nearby, however in 3 minutes walking distance there is a multi storey parking place (so don't be frightened, there is a place where to park). they do mention that the place is accessible by stair only, it is true: narrow staircase to walk to the 3rd floor, so be aware if you have a bulky luggage or a buggy, good sports though.

Unica cosa positiva la posizione eccellente nel centro storico della città. Kit di benvenuto molto gradito. Proprietari veloci nelle risposte.
Il palazzo è vecchio e fatiscente. Si trova tra due ristoranti, per questo la zona è molto rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte. Appartamento poco pulito: sotto al divano letto nel soggiorno c'era un cumulo di polvere (ho allegato la foto). Al piano superiore c'è un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli sotto il tetto molto basso. Non adatto a 8 persone

Sehr schöne, liebe Wohnung (Maisonette im 3. Stock) in einem Altstadtgebäude mitten im Zentrum. Ruhig, Zimmer in den Innenhof gerichtet. Alle Räume sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe inkl. Tipps von der Gastgeberin! Gute und rasche Kommunikation über booking.com. War perfekt für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt in Rouen!
