We loved the location and accessibility

The bed needs an upgrade and the kitchen was missing basic supplies (like paper towels and towels). The cleaning could have been better.

Perfectly located in the old part of Rome with tiny winding streets and cobbled roads. Best of all, it was within 30 minutes walking distance of the Vatican/Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. The railway station was a 45mins walk. The area was full of restaurants and artisan shops. A very bohemian feel about the area. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona, famous for its fountains

The apartment was a bit small but Ok for two people. It was fully equipped with everything to hand for a relaxing stay. The building is around 500+ years old, as are all those surrounding it. No lift in the building.

The manager informed us to take a picture of the codes to get into the building and our room. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the room and forgot the passcode to get in. Thankfully I was able to get to booking.com, received the contact information to call the manager. Thankfully the manager was able to give me the code and we back into our hotel room. So thankful.

Maybe have the manager's contact number on the door? This would be for someone like me who forgot their phone???? :)

Location

The walk up with luggage was very difficult. No elevator. The kitchen was very small and not useful for cooking. There were no kitchen food staples provided at all. We had to wash any dishes before using them. The scrub sponge provided for washing the dishes was disgusting. There were no dish clothes or dish towels provided. There were barely enough dishes and utensils for two people. The coffee machine was not usable as it was unclean and coated in calcium and who knows what. There was mold around the shower stall. The safe in the closet was unusable as there were no instructions on how to use it.
