Amazing location and a lovely apartment which has everything you need. Its kept quite cool aswell since its underground and has A/C which was super for this heatwave recently. Its also one of the best beds I've slept in too.

Unfortunately, the days we were there, there was a power cut within the block, so ourselves and a few others including a nearby restaurant were left without power. Due to the accommodation being underground, this meant no light at all, no A/C, no electricity for charging electronics and no signal/phone service. This was difficult for us as we wernt even able to check in with the electronic keypad down. The power was fixed a few hours later yet kept happening everyday we were there for a few hours at a time. Nothing to do with the accommodation itself. Just bad luck really, but the host was quite helpful and quick to help us relocate if we needed.

The property was very central to all of the sights in Rome! Access was easy and the video sent by our host was very helpful! The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet.

There was the odd smell of sewage outside the door and inside, it was unpleasant but not intolerable!

The area is excellent. Many very good restaurants. Near to the Vatican city and the Pantheon. Get lost in the many backstreets where you can get a coffee, a drink or some great Italian food. The apartment is quirky and different with a spiral staircase to the bedroom area. Definitely an alternative to the generic hotel room. Elenora, our host was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Close to the city center, has equipped kitchen. The lady who helped with apartment management was nice and tried to help her best.

1. Consider that apartment is under the ground. If usual basement we can consider as -1 floor, then the apartment is based on -2 and -3 floor. As a result it has no windows, just one to the basement and has a particular basement sсent and no proper air circulation. 2. It's cold and can be wormed only with AC. We had an issue with AC on arrival and spent 2 hours on the phone with the landlord to fix it. 3. The cleannes was average (dust and hairs on the floor), and the bed sheets were quite used and cheap, not even from Ikea. Some upgrade would be necessary.
