Location, location, location. Lovely spacious apt in historical building with elevator. Kind, friendly greeter.

Only the location. And the agency host Cristina was very pleasant and helpful.

Several things: firstly, second bedroom and single beds are not really appropriate for a grown up person to comfortably sleep in. Then pillows, only one thin pillow per bed. There is no duvet cover but it is put between two sheets which I don’t find particularly hygienic. Secondly, floors which are tile floors need a good scrub. Thirdly, just a small investment into a couple of floor or side lamps would add a touch of intimacy and more comfort. Four, for that price it would be appropriate to change towels at least every second day. And most importantly, heating did not work properly. They did try to fix it when we reported, but only half of the radiators were working and sometimes we were chilly in the apartment. And finally, there is a lot of noise during the night from the apartment above as the ceilings are wooden and there were strange noises throughout the night. I am sorry to have to write this, but for such price, fixing these things is a minimum comfort that should be provided.
