This modernly renovated flat covers the second floor of a historic building in the "Parione", one of the most ancient and characteristic district of
historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo dei Fiori.

WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME
1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day

Did not use the A/C (December stay) the property manager should have had the heating system running a half day before the scheduled arrival time. Making the first night highly uncomfortable due to the cold.The washer/dryer combo although fairly new took a long long time to run through the cycle.

The apartment is in a great location. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very nice lady and 2 flights of spiral stairs (not easy to carry luggage up). The apartment was okay, it certainly could have been cleaner. The shower had noticeable mold. The washer/dryer was awful. The machine was loud, and I had to hold during the spin cycles so it would not come bouncing out of the closet. We could never figure out how to use the dryer and all the cycle options were over 3 hours unless you selected the rapid cycle which didn't dry the clothes. One thin towel was provided for each guest and h
