Great location close to city centre, free on-site parking, spotlessly clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay, added bonus was a tower fan as we picked a perfect weekend weather wise. Would highly recommend.

The studio is in the perfect location for access to everything York has to offer! We cannot rate the property enough, everything you need and the parking space is a massive bonus. We had a fab time, definitely recommend and hope to return soon 😊.

Everything ,the location , the parking ,very close to the city ,any problems we had was dealt with straight away the owners was on hand at all times,will definitely stay here again when visiting york .
Couldn't get prime tv&netflix to work , bed a bit soft but that was not a problem didn't ruin our stay,enjoyed it,very happy overall.

The location was perfect, within a short walk to the city centre and all the nice shops, bars, restaurants etc.
The only comment would be; better (more) choice of pillows (found them a little uncomfortable) but, OK not a 'showstopper'!
