A spacious, clean apartment which we would highly recommend

The apartment was light and spacious and very clean. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a large balcony to sit out on. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a car parking space. Although it was walkable into Evian, it was easier with a car. The communication was excellent. There was clear information and Edvin responded very quickly. We would have been happy to stay longer and would certainly return. The apartment was very good value for money and we would highly recommend.

L'appartement est vraiment top. La propreté de l'établissement est irréprochable et le rapport qualité-prix est très bien. La terrasse est agréable. La chambre est spacieuse. Un appartement agréable à vivre.

Le canapé est tant que second couchage n'est pas correct. Il ne s'agit pas d'un lit. Il n'y a pas de matelas. Vous dormez sur les 3 coussins d'assise du canapé, vous sentez les trous entre les coussins et sinon vous dormez sur une partie relevable dure comme du béton. Si vous avez des problèmes de dos, n'imaginez même pas dormir dessus. Un vrai lit serait bienvenue. Les draps housse fournis ne pouvaient pas se mettre sur les coussins....

bel appartement au calme / literie confortable / lave vaisselle et machine à laver disponibles / terrasse avec vue sur le lac (de coté) / petite réserve bien utile: sel/poivre/huile/pâtes/dosettes pour le café et sucre/pastilles pour le lave vaisselle/produits ménagers

impossible d'allumer le chauffage central à notre arrivée (tardive) probablement programmé sur 18 pour la nuit, le lendemain nous n'en avons pas eu besoin le soleil avait réchauffé l'appartement mais je n'ai jamais réussi à le faire fonctionner... pour utiliser le sèche serviettes de la salle de bain, il a fallu que mon mari ouvre le boitier électrique pour brancher le teco (pas précisé) micro onde et bouilloire + machine a café dans la chambre, pas pratique (je les ai installés dans le salon sur les 2 tables basses) pas de produits pour la machine à laver....heureusement j'avais posé la question donc prévu mais 1 dosette serait la bienvenue la table de la terrasse mériterait un petit coup de ponçage et vernis car très abîmée / manque un porte manteau dans l'entrée et une petite étagère dans la salle de bain n'ayant vu personne pendant notre séjour, j'ai laissé les 6€ de taxe de séjour sur l'ilot de la cuisine et prévenu le propriétaire par message....pas de merci / pas de réponse, ma bonté me perdra !

Un séjour parfait.

Appartement très confortable. Une climatisation serait nécessaire pour les périodes de fortes chaleur.s. A part ça tout s’est très bien déroulé. Pour le festival de la Grange au lac ce logement est idéal, vu sa proximité.

La machine à café devrait être installée dans la cuisine et pas dans la chambre. Mais ceci est vraiment un détail vu le confort de l’appartement.

Une nuitée dans l'appartement d'Edvin pour un court séjour. Bonne communication avant notre arrivée. Un très beau logement dans une résidence au calme : bien équipé, confortable, à la propreté impeccable, spacieux et très bien situé sur les premières hauteurs d'Evian avec un parking devant la résidence.

Appartement très bien situé pour nous car proche du lieu du mariage où nous allions, très propre, avec le matériel nécessaire pour y séjourner (nous ne restions qu’une nuit donc pas besoin de grand chose mais si nous avions dû rester d’avantage, il y a ce qu’il faut). Nous avons eu un bon échange par message avec la propriétaire. Appartement spacieux et bien décoré. Nous recommandons vivement
