All OK
Could have been a little cleaner. Looked like no one had been in for some time. Lots of spider webs in corners etc. The bin in our bathroom had NOT been emptied from the last occupier.

The matras in the bed. You could feel all the springs.

Clean, bright and spacious. Loved the master bedroom - v comfy bed with good quality bed linen. kitchen very functional and rear outside space was great for relaxing in the amazing weather we had. Liked also it had bathroom facilities on all three floors!
Location was perfect, v short walk to shops and beach !
The basement mattress needs replacing asap - our daughter found it very uncomfortable and did not sleep well - spring s flatten and it slopes!
Also, some tea bags to get started would have been a nice gesture!
