The apartment is situated in a good area in Rome. It was clean and modern.
They dont have parking, they have a deal with a local garage.
I think that should be advertised clearly.
The check-in was all virtual. I see the benefits but a human touch would be better.
At least in our room 1 door was missing in the shower cubical!

The room is good, bed large, sheets clean.
Pillows are a bit hard, but I slept well, it is a preference thing, not a bad thing.
The room was really quiet and location good enough as I was in Rome just after the passing of the Pope and the city was packed.
The staff was not on site, but very responsive via text
The check in is a bit weird, but the staff was helpful enough.
Bit short on the hangers.

Great location, close to bus stations Largo Trionfale and Giuliana. Buses 23 and 70 are everything you need, they take you to all the locations of interest and back. Neighbourhood is nice, safe and quiet, with a lot of restaurants, pattiseries and cafes nearby. Across the entrance is restaurant-pizzeria Giardino del Gatto e la Volpe, makes great pizza and pasta.
Apartment is small, but enough if you are tourist and won’t be spending a lot of time in the room. Bed is large and comfortable. There is a smart TV with cable television. Bathroom is nice, clean and big enough. Apartment is cleaned everyday at noon, with towel change every 2-3 days. Gaia (the receptionist) is very helpful and professional.
Overall very good experience.
Walls are thin and if your first neighbors are loud it’s going to be hard to sleep. Wifi stopped working on our 4th day of stay and wasn’t fixed until we left, but that’s a technical issue which could happen anytime to anybody, so it wasn’t that big of a deal.
A big mirror in the hallway won’t hurt (just a friendly suggestion).
