Rent Rooms Saint Peter

Perfect location, very very clean, very nice and kind staff!

Wifi connection quite bad in our room

Amazing location, just a short walk away from the Vatican. A lot of horeca in the area.

Bathroom had a strong moldy smell.

The thick walls between the rooms made the place feel like a private apartment, we couldn’t hear other guests at all. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and thoughtful extras like coffee capsules, sweets, and cold water, which were especially welcome after a long journey. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the +40°C heat. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had high-quality, lovely-smelling shower gel, soap and shampoo, and the room was cleaned every day. The bath towels were soft, fluffy, and good quality. The TV worked well, and everything was easy and convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and kindly let us check in an hour early, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, with clear instructions. The location is excellent, about a 15-minute walk to the Vatican, 5 minutes to the metro, and 5 minutes to a great and affordable Tigre supermarket with tasty ready-to-eat food. There’s also a lovely café with fresh ice cream just 3 minutes away. The building felt very safe, with a secure entrance and security cameras. Overall, we had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. Thank you for such a great place!

Everything was great overall, with just a few small things that could be improved. The hair dryer only worked for about 2 minutes before switching off automatically, and then needed around 10–15 minutes to cool down before it could be used again, which made styling the hair a bit difficult. The pedal on the trash bin didn’t open the lid, but this wasn’t a big issue as we simply used the larger bin. There are two shower heads. The larger one worked perfectly, while the smaller one didn’t stay securely in place when the water was running. Again, this was a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay at all.

The location and the staff was great

There was mold and bad smell in the bathroom
