La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Ubicación cercana al Vaticano. Tenía cocina equipada y limpia.

La reserva explicitaba que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado. No fue así. Destacamos que al reclamar, al día siguiente trajeron ventiladores nuevos a la habitación.

The location was excellent, and the price seemed reasonable for what was offered. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

The room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The door also did not close properly and seemed to have been badly installed. Because of this, light from the corridor came into the room during the night, and it took me a long time to fall asleep. It made the room feel even less comfortable, secure, and properly maintained. We also had a problem with the electricity. I contacted the person in charge and tried my best to help, following their instructions and turning things on and off in different combinations. However, once they realized someone needed to come and fix it, they simply said they would deal with it the next day. The next morning, nobody came. This was a serious issue because we needed to charge our phones, computer, and other devices before leaving the following day, but we were unable to do so. The shower was also electric, so we had to take cold showers. Guests should not be expected to troubleshoot or fix the property’s maintenance problems themselves. The issue should have been handled properly and urgently by the host.
