Nonostante avessi avvertito che saremmo arrivate prima, non ho ricevuto risposta del fatto che potessero o meno accogliermi prima, essendo la struttura un appartamento in un palazzo ho dovuto chiamare (senza risposta) per sapere se potessero aprirci prima. Un signore residente nel palazzo per fortuna aveva il numero del proprietario che ha chiamato la sua dipendente che si occupa della gestione dell’alloggio che scocciata ha mandato la ragazza delle pulizie (gentilissima lei) ad aprirci

Bellissima struttura in centro a Verona. Le operazioni di check-in sono state svolte in completa autonomia dopo aver ricevuto istruzioni molto precise dall'host.
La colazione si effettua in un bel bar poco distante tramite dei coupon ma bisogna stare attenti a quanto si spende perché fanno pagare anche 50 centesimi di differenza.

Sehr ruhige Lage, nette Putzfrau, super Erklärungen wo und wie man den Schlüssel holen kann, sauber, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, begrenztes Frühstück aber in einem sehr netten Lokal!
Klimaanlage entweder zu laut oder zu kalt, Matratze zu weich, für den Preis mehr Frühstück erwartet
