It's very close to the bus station and easy to get to. It's also close to very good restaurants inside the old city. It's by the cable car going to the high city view so it's easy to access it for you end of trip to Verona Journey.
Overall it's good. I just stumbled into a small hidden closet which feels a bit scary. But nothing to worry about, I'm just a little scared of unknown hidden spaces.

The location was just a bridge over the river away from the main city. You could literally see the start of the funicular from the bathroom window. The bus stops practically outside the front door. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any queries
