This hotel has amazing views, comfortable beds and super friendly staff. The onsite parking was a big bonus and it’s only a short walk into town

Best place, has free parking, everything is close by walking distance. Has a small sharing kitchen, very well equipped with microwave, grill electric stove and utensils. Has a 24 coffee machine which serves all types of coffee. Room have an excellent view, with a private lake area. Just book no need to do any research. Awesome location away from the tourist crowd.

Nothing that I dint like. Only thing is it has no on-site restaurant to serve food or breakfast but there are restaurants at walking distance which solves the problem

The best thing is unquestionably the view from the terrace and how peaceful it is to look over the lake.

The location is quite far from the Hallstatt ferry and main part of Hallstatt with the restaurants and shops. If you don’t have a car, you have to drag your luggage for about 20 minutes to get to this location, so in the future I would opt for the Heritage Hotel or another that also has the great views but is much closer to the ferry. Some other hotels also had options for the hotel to bring your luggage to the property from the ferry but Boutiquestrand did not. Lastly, the reception hours are very spotty so it’s often difficult to find someone to ask questions etc and it is more convenient to have the 24-hour reception desk that some other properties have in the area.
