The back porch with the fireplace and grill was perfect, spent most of our time out there listening to the creek and the birds. Location was good, less than 5 min drive to Guerneville Main Street and the grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had plenty of board games and books which was nice. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommend!

Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet location near town.

The location was good . Neighborhood was quiet
The bedding was very stale smelling.
Thats All beds.
The television didnt work properly and had to have a tech come to the house.
Multiple lamps did not work or were broken, towel rack in bathroom was falling off the door.
The deck was a mess .
The entire place had a forlorn and neglected atmosphere.
