superb location, responsiive staff, actually ideal for a solo traveller

quite noisy surroundings and the room i assume it could be bit warmer. However it seems there is some regulation imposed by French Government re room temperatures.

Adequate.

It is close to the main street which has supermarkets, clothes shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, pubs, ski hire, bus stops, also within walking distance of ski lifts. Right next door to the Irish pub, friendly and inexpensive place for a drink - no food served. The heating was efficient. It's a very small bed sit but suited us as we only slept and showered there.

Expensive for what it was. The hairdryer would not work in the bathroom - where the mirror is 🙄 We had a text just before leaving asking us to make sure the dishes were washed before we left. They were. But they were not clean when we got there, still food on one plate in the cupboard. Luckily I always wash the dishes before using them at rentals. No cloth to dry them with. The bed is an actual sofa bed which we were not happy about as an older couple. It was not already set up, we were exhausted after a long day of travel then we struggled to unfold it - it was difficult and heavy - then had to make it!!! Don't get me started on the pillows. Lumpy and yellow. Really old. Luckily we take our own. They were absolutely disgusting and looked like they should have been binned years ago...

DONT DO IT, spend an extra 100 and stay somewhere else!

This accomodation is horrendous, the mattress is so this you can feel the wire and frame underneath you and it’s bent on an angle making it a very uncomfortable bed. The heater in the bathroom is broken so there is one small heater to warm the entire place which hardly works so it’s a very cold room. It smells of cigarette smoke and stale air. The corridor leading to the apartment is dark and creepy. I deeply regretted staying here.

Location.

The sofa bed is awful, you cannot sleep at night at all. This is the main reason why i leave earlier. And the kitchen is too small, old things. You cannot make proper meal. Dont recomend.

Great location but everything else is very poor!

All of the ski lifts and town city are within a 25 minute walk of the apartment.

The pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable! It sags in the middle and all of the metal springs pertrude through the very thin 'mattress'. All of the kitchenware that is available in the apartment had to be washed before we could use it as it was unclean from previous guests. There is a very strong smell of smoke throughout the corridors of the whole apartment block which did lead to our clothes smelling. There are no smoke alarms in the apartment itself. The draining board leaks into the cupboard below the sink as the seal has gone. We requested a later check out and luggage storage as we had a late evening flight, which was abruptly rejected and informed that the 10am check out time had to be scrupulously adhered to, with other guests checking in 6 hours later!

Brilliant location. A homely home to let you explore chamonix

Location is amazing. The space has a charm to it that will grow on you if you give it time. Great to be able to cook own meals. Supermarket was a few hundred meters away. Would happily return.

sofa bed is really creaky and the bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain so everything gets a bit wet.

It was ok

Nice location. Ski rental / bus to the ski resort / restaurants around. The service smile.

We had our hot water cut. The service asked me to check for a switch which turned out to be for the general electrical system (obviously it was not that, otherwise we would not have had electricity either). The next person told me that I have to wait for 1-2 hours so the water gets refilled, assuming that I consumed all the hot water instead of making the right questions. I had to insist and explain that I was actually over a day without hot water. Then it turned out that they left open the door which allows to handle the water, and someone randomly turned our water off for fun. There is a noisy bar next to the room. There was not a bed, but a noisy sofa-bed. My wife got shortly electrocuted when trying to use a plug. Also the cable of the boiler is peeled. The check-in is from 16h and they do not allow to leave your baggages before.

Great location, the hosts could be more helpful

Great location, close to the city center

The hosts were not the most helpful that I have seen - when we asked them for an extra blanket, they haven't brought it. When we asked for a change of towels, the lady said that they policy is to offer a set of towels for a week. I told her that, with all the respect, a week may is too long when we cannot dry them enough. She agreed, and we received an extra set after a few hours.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville, tout est à proximité

Le clic clac comme lit ( mal de dos ) L'appartement bcp trop petit. Le bruit le soir, impossible de dormir ( 3 cafés à proximité donc musique, cris,... ) La tv qui ne marchait pas ( voir photo ) Pas de carte d'hote pour prendre le bus. Pas de parking à disposition et impossible de se garer dans chamonix. Parking payant hors de prix.

Problem om man vill åka skidor på avresa dagen. Happy Rentals har ingen egen förvaring av resväskor eller möjlighet till dusch. De ha samarbete med en Tabac som öppnar efter att bussarna till backen avgått. Lyckades snacka in mig på hotell där kompisar bodde och fick ställa väskor där och duscha efter skidåkningen.

Загалом нам сподобалось. Особливо зацінили ванну після катання на лижах.

Дуже зручне розташування. До скибуса йти 2 хвилини. Це кінцева, тому можна сісти. До центру йти 3 хаилини. Спар та ресторан прямо в будинку.

Каартирка реально маленька. Диван незручний. Коридор маленький, навіть нікуди поставити взуття, щоб з нього не натекло води. Ми були взимку, то ж не була проблема.

La localisation est bonne, mais la chambre est très sale.

On pouvais récupérer les clés avant 16h. Il est proche de l'arrêt de bus.

Le logement est très sal, les assiettes et les poêles sont inutilisables, on a du tout relaver. Le couteau est cassé, on ne peut pas couper des choses. Il n'y a pas de wifi, pas de poubelle non plus. Le chauffage est mauvais, la chambre reste toujours froid.
